Philosophy

Core Values

The principles I try to live by — in every decision, every project, and every relationship.

01

Integrity

Do the right thing, even when no one's watching.

Integrity is where everything starts for me. It means being honest in every conversation, straight up with every recommendation, and following through on what I say. In an industry where shortcuts are always tempting, I'd rather take the harder, better road — every single time.

02

Accountability

Own your results — all of them.

Accountability isn't about pointing fingers — it's about owning it. I hold myself to the same standard I ask of my teams: look at everything honestly, hide nothing, and own the outcome. When leaders do that first, the whole organization follows.

03

Compassion

Leadership is about listening, not bossing.

Compassion is what turns a supervisor into a real leader. I believe in actually hearing people — what they're struggling with, what they're chasing, what's frustrating them — and responding with real empathy and real action. When people feel genuinely supported, they bring their best to work and to life.

04

Discipline

Small things, done often, add up.

Talent and motivation come and go — discipline is yours to keep. I practice and teach the daily habits and routines that build real, lasting excellence. Discipline isn't about being rigid; it's the structure that actually makes growth and freedom possible.

05

Growth

The moment you stop growing, you start slipping.

Getting better is just part of the deal. I'm always learning, pushing past my comfort zone, and helping others do the same — personally, professionally, as a team. Every challenge is a chance to learn, and most people have way more in them than they know.

06

Family

The best teams turn into family.

I believe the strongest shops are built on real human connection. Family means showing up for each other, celebrating the wins together, and having each other's backs through the hard stuff. When a team starts to feel like family, loyalty and good work just follow on their own.

07

Continuous Improvement

A little better than yesterday. A little better again tomorrow.

There's no finish line when it comes to getting better. I bring that mindset to every shop, every relationship, and every goal — there's always something to refine and improve. The standard isn't perfection; it's just steady progress, one day after another.

The Synchro Standard

"Help people build better systems, stronger relationships, and a life they're proud of. That's not just the mission — it's what I try to live up to every single day."
