Over the last decade, I've built my career around helping automotive businesses grow stronger teams, better systems, and healthier cultures while never losing sight of the people behind the process.

I'm Jose Godoy, founder of Synchro Consulting — an automotive consultant, operations leader, and life coach with experience leading high-performing service departments, developing talent, improving operational efficiency, and creating customer experiences built on integrity and accountability. My background spans luxury, performance, motorcycle, and general automotive industries, giving me a broad perspective on what makes businesses thrive in both the technical and human sides of the industry.

Through Synchro Consulting, I help automotive businesses and individuals create alignment between leadership, operations, culture, and personal growth. My career has taken me from technician roles working on exotic and high-end vehicles to leadership positions managing multi-department operations, employee development, inventory systems, budgeting, and customer relationships. Today, I focus heavily on coaching teams, developing leaders, improving processes, and building environments where employees feel empowered to succeed.

One of the things I value most is turning teams into families. I believe leadership is not about control — it's about listening, supporting people, and helping them discover what they're capable of. Whether I'm mentoring service advisors, helping shop owners improve operations through Synchro Consulting, or coaching individuals through personal and professional growth, my approach centers on compassion, accountability, communication, and sustainable progress.

My educational background combines automotive science, business, and industrial organizational psychology, allowing me to bridge technical knowledge with leadership development and human behavior. I've also completed extensive OEM certifications across multiple manufacturers and continue pursuing advanced leadership and management training. Fluent in English and Spanish, I enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds and creating meaningful relationships both inside and outside the automotive world. I'm passionate about internal combustion, motorsports culture, team development, and helping people align their work, mindset, and purpose.
